7月28日，在SEG長沙工廠，Global MES項目啟動會順利召開。這標志著公司在數字化轉型征程中邁出關鍵一步。

On July 28th, the kick-off meeting of the Global MES Project was successfully held at SEG's Changsha factory. This marks a crucial step in the company's digital transformation journey.

自項目籌備以來，經過 6 個月的深度調研與嚴謹選型，SEG MES 項目最終確定依托恒達智控“智能制造平臺”，由集團 IT 總部攜手 SEG、恒達智控聯合實施。會議上，項目團隊展示了 Global MES 的組織架構，明確了各參與方的職責與協作機制，同時簡要闡述了項目后續可能面臨的技術挑戰，藍圖詳設及實施方案將在后續 ToBe 階段討論確定。

Since the project's preparation, after 6 months of in-depth research and rigorous selection, the SEG MES project has finally decided to rely on Hengda Intelligent Control's "Intelligent Manufacturing Platform" and will be jointly implemented by the Group's IT Headquarters, SEG, and Hengda Intelligent Control. At the meeting, the project team presented the organizational structure of Global MES, clarified the responsibilities and collaboration mechanisms of all participants, and briefly elaborated on the possible technical challenges in the subsequent stages of the project. The detailed blueprint design and implementation plan will be discussed and determined in the subsequent ToBe phase.

此次項目既是集團 IT總部與 SEG、煤機板塊協同推進數字化建設的體現，也為后續跨板塊、跨區域的數字化協同工作奠定了堅實基礎。

This project not only reflects the collaborative promotion of digital construction by the Group's IT Headquarters, SEG, and the coal machinery sector but also lays a solid foundation for subsequent cross-sector and cross-regional digital collaboration.

Global MES項目不僅滿足 SEG 的智能制造需求，并且構建集團汽車零部件板塊的全球標準業務流程和最佳實踐，最終成為集團智能制造解決方案的重要組成部分，為內外部客戶提供數字化、智能化端到端解決方案。

The Global MES project not only meets SEG's intelligent manufacturing needs but also builds global standard business processes and best practices for the Group's auto parts sector. Eventually, it will become an important part of the Group's intelligent manufacturing solutions, providing digital and intelligent end-to-end solutions for internal and external customers.

此次會議不僅是項目的起點，更標志著集團數字化轉型進入 “內生賦能” 的新階段，助力集團在全球化戰略中搶占先機，開啟高質量發展新篇章。

This meeting is not only the starting point of the project but also marks that the Group's digital transformation has entered a new stage of "endogenous empowerment", helping the Group seize opportunities in its globalization strategy and start a new chapter of high-quality development.
